ARCH (Architectural Control)
All households must follow the guidelines for all exterior renovations and remodeling. The Bylaws require all exterior projects including landscaping, tree removal, paint colors, renovations, additions, fences, etc. to be preapproved by the Architectural Committee before being initiated. The form is located on the Homeowners section of this web site and should be sent to Coastal Management.
Inspections and Fining
Coastal Management inspects all homes every month to ensure that maintenance and repairs conform to the community standards. Any violations are verified by volunteers and letters are sent to homeowners to make any necessary adjustments. After 2 letters, the information is presented to the Board of Directors who can assess fines, issue warnings or other action necessary. The fining committee (again volunteer homeowners) reviews these recommendations and makes the final decision on implementing fines.
