Board meetings are held every second month on even months (Feb. Apr. June. Aug. Oct. Dec) on the second Tuesday of the month. Meetings are usually held at 6:30 PM at the offices of Coastal Management, though alternative locations may be used as well.  All homeowners are welcome to attend to learn about issues in the community. Information about maintenance, repairs, contracts, budgets, etc. will be posted on this site to keep homeowners informed.

The HOA Board Members are volunteers who are elected by the homeowners. Any homeowner is eligible to become a member of the Board. They are responsible to enforce the Rules & Regulations to ensure that homes are kept in good condition and continue to appreciate in value.

Their goals are to: Safeguard the interests of our members | Preserve the attractiveness of our community | Maintain or enhance property values | Provide governance that is fiscally responsible, accountable, efficient and transparent.
